Women's Soccer Welcomes Alyssa Driscoll as a 2018 Commitment

BANGOR, Maine - The Husson University women's soccer program is pleased to announce their first commitment for the 2018 season, Alyssa Driscoll, a midfielder from Plano, Texas.

Driscoll was a three-year varsity player and was named captain during her sophomore and junior year.

A competitive athlete, she also played for two club soccer teams, FC Dallas Youth and most recently for the Dallas Texans.

Jason Rothman, the coach who has been with Driscoll through each team and transition, describes her as "a coach's dream. While she possesses exceptional technique and keeps her composure on the ball, it's her intangible qualities that shine.  She displays a commitment to self-improvement and the collective."

Alyssa plans to pursue a major in Physical Therapy at Husson.

The Eagles made a tremendous run in the conference tournament until it came to an end in the conference championship game in double-overtime to now conference champion Castleton University.
