BANGOR, Maine- The Husson University Women's Lacrosse (5-6) finished off non-conference action with a 24-5 victory over the Dean Bulldogs (0-12) at Boucher Field on Friday afternoon.
1st Half: Paige Daigle (Bath, Maine) started off the scoring for the Eagles with a goal and assist to give the Eagles a quick 2-0 lead. Dean scored two goals in about five minutes separated by a goal scored by Serian Williams (Ulm, Germany). The Eagles finished off the half with a 10-2 run to make it 15-4 at halftime. Amanda Deshaies (Wells, Maine) with four goals in the span while Traviana Higgins (Jefferson, Maine) scored her first collegiate goal. Lauryn Wilks (Hartford, Conn.) with three goals in the half for the Bulldogs.
2nd Half: The Eagles jumped out at the start of the second half with a 6-1 run as Jordyn Labrie (Winslow, Maine) scored her first goal of the season and Hannah Dickinson (Lewiston, Maine) scored her first career collegiate goal. Deshaies scored four goals in the second to set the program record for most goals in a game with nine goals.
Goalie Mallory Burchill (Kennebunk, Maine) with five saves on ten shots.
Deshaies with nine goals and an assist (most points in a game in program history).
Daigle with four goals and three assists with 15 shots.
Goalie Jamaya Cleveland (Greensboro, Ga.) with 18 saves on 24 shots.

Briana Saunders (Irvington, N.J.) with two goals.
The Eagles outshot the Bulldogs 50-12 with 42 shots being on target for the Eagles to the Bulldogs 10. Eagles edged out the draw control battle 17-14.
The Eagles will finish off their regular season with an in-state NAC conference match up at UMaine-Farmington on Monday, April 23rd at 4:30 PM.
