    Bangor, Maine – After leading the Maine Maritime Mariners (3-7, 3-3 NAC) the entire game, Husson men’s lacrosse let up in the fourth quarter as the Mariners made a comeback rally taking the Eagles into an overtime thriller in their final game of the regular season. With just 1:22 left in the first overtime period, the Mariners struck gold with the goal that topped the Eagles, 10-9.

    BANGOR, Maine - SUNY Delhi (6-2, 2-0 NAC) scored three goals in the opening four minutes to set the tone of the game early as they went on to defeat the Husson University men’s lacrosse team (2-4, 1-1 NAC) by a final score of 12-5 in North Atlantic Conference action.

    WATERVILLE, Maine - Following an exciting week for men's lacrosse with head coach Mike Craig achieving his 20th career victory to become the program's winningest coach, senior men's lacrosse player Zach Glazier also achieved a career milestone recording his 100th career goal to become just the fourth player to do so. Following his accomplishments, Glazier was awarded North Atlantic Conference (NAC) Player of the Week. Women's lacrosse also had a star player in freshman Mary Cushing this past week as she fired shot of shot into the back of the net to earn the first NAC Rookie of the Week for the 2019 season.

This win marks head men’s lacrosse coach Mike Craig’s 20th career victory to become the program’s winningest coach.
