  • Men's Basketball Falls to UMass Dartmouth in Lafrance Hospitality Tournament

    DARTMOUTH, Mass. - The Husson University men's basketball team visited the Tripp Athletic Center at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth on Friday night to faceoff against the Corsairs in the first day of the Lafrance Hospitality Tournament. The Eagles fell to the Corsairs in their first night of the competition, 89-46.

    DARTMOUTH, Mass. - The Husson University men's basketball team returned to the Tripp Athletic Center at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth on Saturday afternoon to faceoff against the Bard College Raptors in the second day of the Lafrance Hospitality Tournament. The Eagles overpowered the Raptors, 80-68, in their first match-up since 1992 to help take third place in the four-team tournament.

    WATERVILLE, Maine - UMaine-Farmington barely edged Husson for the top spot in the 2019-20 North Atlantic Conference Men's Basketball preseason coaches poll. The Beavers collected four first-place votes and 58 points, while the Eagles collected three first-place votes and 56 points. Thomas College picked up the remaining first-place votes and totalled 48 points for third place in the poll.

    BANGOR, Maine - The Husson University men’s basketball team visited the Cross Insurance Center to open up the 2019 season as they faced the University of Maine in an exhibition game on Sunday afternoon. The Black Bears overtook the Eagles, 76-50.

  • Top Moments of 2018-19: Justin Martin Becomes 50th Eagle to Join Husson Men's Basketball 1,000-Point Club

    BANGOR, Maine - On Tuesday, February 12th, senior Justin Martin became the 50th member to join the Husson men's basketball 1,000-point club, off a three-pointer against Maine Maritime Academy. Martin helped the Eagles pick up a big 72-58 North Atlantic Conference victory in their final game of the regular season.

The NABC Honors Court recognizes the talents and gifts that these men possess off the court and the hard work they exhibit in the classroom.
  • Men's Basketball Builds on 2019-20 Program with Addition of KJ Seals

    BANGOR, Maine - The Husson University men's basketball program added some back court depth with the commitment of Kelvin "KJ" Seals.  Seals is a 5-11 combo guard and is transferring from DII Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville.  He will have four years of eligibility remaining after red-shirting this past year.
