    SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – One hundred thirty-three student-athletes were named to the Commonwealth Coast Football (CCC Football) Academic All-Conference Team as announced by the league office on Thursday afternoon. Thirteen student-athletes represented the Husson University football program on the 2019 CCC Football Academic All-Conference Team.
  • Banner Society Names Husson Football the Team of the Decade for the State of Maine

    BANGOR, Maine - Beating out a Division I football program and a multitude of other Division III schools, the Husson football program was named the Team of the Decade (2010-2019) for the state of Maine by Banner Society. Banner Society included teams from every NCAA division, junior colleges, and NAIA programs when considering the options for the "state champs of the 2010's."

    SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – The Commonwealth Coast Football (CCC Football) weekly awards were announced for week ten of the 2019 NCAA Division III football season. Husson University junior defensive end Frank Curran earned Defensive Player of the Week honors, while first-year defensive back Brandon Williams was named the Defensive Rookie of the Week for the third time this season. Curran becomes the first Eagle in program history to be named the CCC Football Defensive Player of the Week.

Husson University sophomore running back Shawn Noel, Jr. has earned Special Teams Player of the Week, while first-year defensive back Brandon Williams was named the Defensive Rookie of the Week. Noel, Jr. and Williams become the first two Eagles in program history earn a weekly award from the CCC Football.
