    BANGOR, Maine - Husson football is excited to announce their 2019 Night Skills Clinic for players entering Grades 8-12 in the Fall of 2019. The clinic will be held at the Winkin Sports Complex on the campus of Husson University and run by the Husson football staff.

    IRVING, Texas - The National Football Foundation & College Hall of Fame (NFF) announced today the members of the 2019 NFF Hampshire Honor Society, which is comprised of college football players from all divisions of play who each maintained a cumulative 3.2 GPA or better throughout their college careers. An all-time high of 1,643 players from a record 424 schools qualified for membership in the Society's 13th year.

Husson University's Solomon Hassen earned Offensive Player of the Week for the first time this season, Derek Barden was named Defensive Player of the Week for the second straight week this season, and Quan Soyini received Special Teams Player of the Week for the first time this season, while becoming the second Eagle player in 2018 to earn this award. This also marks the first time in program history that Husson has swept all the ECFC weekly awards.
