Baseball Wins Rainy Game Against Colby, 2-0

BANGOR, Maine - The Husson University Baseball (13-19) beat the Colby College Mules (5-19) by the final score of 2-0 at the Harold Alfond Diamond at the John W. Winkin Complex.

How it Happened:
The Eagles scored the only runs of the game in the bottom of the 3rd inning as Sam Huston (Bangor, Maine) ripped an RBI-double down the right field line to bring home Nick Guerrette and Mike Wong and give the Eagles a 2-0 run lead. They would hold onto for the rest of the game in thanks to the pitching staff.

Matt Smith and the Husson bullpen would do the rest of the work. M. Smith went 6 scoreless innings, while the bullpen went the final three for the 2-0 victory.
