NEW ORLEANS - Both the Husson University women's and men's cross country teams were named to the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) 2018 NCAA Division III All-Academic Teams.

For a team to be considered for this honor, it must have competed and compiled a team score at an NCAA Regional meet and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.10 on a 4.0 scale. Overall, there were 393 teams honored by the USTFCCCA, of which 215 were women's teams and 178 were men.

The Husson women closed out the season with a 3.29 team GPA. This marks the seventh-straight season that the women have been selected to the team. As for the men, they accomplished a 3.35 compiled team GPA. This was the men's third-straight year on the All-Academic Team and fourth overall. Only two other teams in the NAC and 167 schools in the country have achieved the feat of both the men's and women's squads being named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team for three consecutive years.
